This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app "Popoling - Korean & Japanese" (Android package com.popoling.app, published on Google Play by underdragon) and the website https://popoling.com, operated by ALOK Studio (the "Company").
The Company complies with applicable data protection laws and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
① Collected automatically: device identifier (device UUID), IP address, access and screen-usage logs, learning and usage records, device and OS information.
② Provided by the user: nickname, selected character, learning language and native language settings.
③ At payment: transaction and subscription status provided by the payment marketplace (the Company does not directly collect or store payment credentials such as card numbers).
Identifying members (guests) and saving learning progress, providing and improving the service, providing paid services and preventing misuse, and responding to inquiries.
In principle, we destroy the information without delay upon account withdrawal. However, where required by applicable law, we retain it for the period prescribed.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except where there is a legal basis to do so.
The Company may entrust the following tasks to operate the service:
· Cloud infrastructure (data storage and transmission)
· Voice and image generation and AI processing
· Payment processing (Apple App Store, Google Play)
You may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information, and may delete your account and learning data via Settings > Delete Account.

When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved, we destroy the information without delay in a manner that cannot be recovered.
The Company implements technical and administrative measures for the safe handling of personal information, including access rights management, encryption of transmission, and access control.
