   いらっしゃいませ。観光案内所へようこそ。何かお困りですか。

   Welcome to the tourist information center. Can I help you with something?

   すみません、市内の地図をもらえますか。

   Excuse me, could I get a map of the city?

   はい、こちらの地図をお使いください。日本語と英語、どちらがいいですか。

   Sure, please use this map. Would you like it in Japanese or English?

5. Traveler

   英語のをお願いします。あと、両替もしたいんですが、どこでできますか。

   The English one, please. Also, I'd like to exchange money — where can I do that?

6. Airport Agent

   両替所は2階にございます。あちらの案内板を見てください。矢印に従って進んでください。

   The currency exchange is on the second floor. Please look at the sign over there and follow the arrows.

   わかりました。それから、駅までの行き方も教えてください。

   Got it. Also, could you tell me how to get to the train station?

8. Airport Agent

   駅は空港の外にあります。あのバス乗り場から無料シャトルバスに乗ってください。10分おきに出ています。

   The station is outside the airport. Please take the free shuttle bus from that bus stop over there. It runs every 10 minutes.

   ありがとうございます。バス乗り場まではどう行けばいいですか。

   Thank you. How do I get to the bus stop?

    このまままっすぐ行って、自動ドアを出てください。右側にバス乗り場が見えます。

    Just go straight ahead and exit through the automatic doors. You'll see the bus stop on your right.

11. Traveler

    分かりました。あ、パンフレットもいただけますか。観光スポットを見てみたいので。

    Understood. Oh, could I also get a pamphlet? I'd like to see the tourist spots.
