Good morning! How can I help you today?

3. 客

Hi, I'd like to open a savings account, please.

Of course. First, I'll need you to fill out this form and show me some ID to verify your identity.

5. 客

Sure, here's my passport. Do I need to make an initial deposit to open the account?

Yes, you'll need at least fifty dollars to open it. Would you like to deposit that in cash?

7. 客

Yes, that's fine. Also, I need to send a wire transfer to my sister overseas. Is that possible here?

It is, but to send it today, you'll have to fill out a separate transfer form and pay a small fee.

9. 客

That's okay. How long does it usually take to arrive?

Usually two to three business days, depending on the receiving bank.

11. 客

Got it. Oh, and could you also give me a debit card to use with the new account?

Absolutely. I just need you to sign here, and your card will be ready in about a week.

13. 客

Perfect. Is there anything else I need to do before I leave?

No, that's everything. Just remember to check your balance online once your account is active.

15. 客

Great, thank you so much for your help!
